No judgment here! Merely Creative was designed to help you tap into your creative side no matter what level of artist you are. Our instructors will give you step by step instructions as well as any personal one on one attention you might need. Leave any negative vibes at the door, and get creative with some paint. You might just surprise yourself! We promise that you’re in good hands.

Our new studio is at 200 N Queen Street in Martinsburg, West Virginia. But don’t let that stop you from getting in on the fun! Our artist travel throughout the surrounding 50 miles, into Western Maryland, Northern Virginia and South Central Pennsylvania to co-host paint parties with families, breweries and other venues.

We encourage creativity! And if you want to let loose and do your own thing during a session, have at it! We embrace the free-spirits of the world and will be offering open studio time as well as coordinated classes.

Yes! We can do individual gift certificates or sell them by the party size if you want to coordinate something special. Just reach out!

Yes! Food and both alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks are permitted, but please remember to clean up after yourself. 

A $100 deposit is due at the time the party is book. On the day of your party, you will be charged $35 per person, minus your initial $100 deposit. A minimum of six people per party is required.

In-Person Public Events

Each ticket price includes a talented instructor to lead that class, canvases, paint, paintbrushes, easels, aprons, paper towels, tables and chairs. 

Refreshments, food and drinks are not provided unless they are specifically included as part of the paint party description (like a couple date night that includes wine and chocolate pairings or dinner from a local restaurant). 

All of our paint night events seat up to 32 people. Open play time can hold a maximum of 20 kids at a time.

Most of our paint night events are $35 / person. Special events, or events with additional items included (outside of the paint supplies) may increase the price of the ticket.
